This two-story, 1925 eclectic American Foursquare is unique in the Ryan Place neighborhood, with its symmetrical façade, oversized porch and balcony, and porte-cochere with elevated side entry. The focal point of the home is its expansive front porch accented by double French doors and a newly constructed main entryway sidewalk and steps.
In 2021, the Patton family began making improvements. The highlights of their efforts can be seen throughout the home, with the most notable changes occurring in the front porch, living room, and kitchen. The Pattons also installed a set of beautiful iron doors that draw you to the new outside garden/pool area.
